Hi everyone! Here is my semi healthy brekkie.
So I got up really last today at 12 noon (its holidays lol) and fancied brunch. I love the idea of a huge fry up but in reality theyre much too greasy and heavy for breakfast! So here is my version, nothing is fried, only toasted grilled or poached.
I have two eggs (gasp) but I love em and they keep me full for hours, plus the extra protein is great if your trying to lose weight.
Two grilled rashers with the rind pulled off. If they are cooked perfectly you wont need any other fat!
And then 2 slices of wholewheat toast with some buttah.
Im so full ! But hey everything in moderation right!?
