You don`t need to put a lot in a smoothie to make it taste delicious!
I try to make/drink a fruit or vegetable (or fruit/veggie combo) smoothie at least 5 morning of my week. I usually just throw in whatever I have into the smoothie and blend it up.
Key ingredients I ALWAYS add: BANANAS!
Bananas are sweet and really mask the flavor of veggies/other greens.
So throw in a banana and add what ever else you can find in your fridge!
The smoothie I show in the photo above contains:
- frozen strawberries
mmm -- if you like it extra sweet, add a teaspoon or two of honey :)
