Healthy Fresh Flavor Packed Breakfast!

Breakfast is one of my favorite meals of the day. Today i`m going to be telling you about my usual go-to breakfast I usually eat when I don`t feel like switching it up. When making this breakfast you will need Coyo, fruits of your choice ,buckwheat coconut granola, coconut milk yogurt ( or CHOBANI, Dannon etc) and any nuts of your choice.Overall this breakfast is a quick, easy and affordable meal that allows you to have a complete breakfast with your fruit, your dairy, protein and grain :) Hope you enjoy!!

Fruit: Whole Foods (or any grocery/market of choice)
Buckwheat Coconut Granola: Whole Food (or any health store )
Nuts: Whole Foods
Yogurt: Whole Foods
