Sweet potatoe is a really nuctritious food.
It has a hight content of beta-carotene and it also has powerfull antioxidant and anti-inflamatory proprieties.
There are lots of varieties and you can choose the one you like more.
As health benefits go we already talked about the anti-inflamatory and antioxidant characteristics, but the sweet-potato also helps with high blood presure and arterioscleroses for exemple.
It also great when you have high energy needs.
As for cooking it you can do it in a lot of ways. :)
