Chia seeds are great for your health. They have a high leval of Omega 3 and are really rich in magnesium, calcium and iron.
This seed provides lots of nutrients and it`s being rediscovered. You can use it in bread, or you can put them on yogurt or even salads. Let your imagination lead you.
The good thing is that you can use it as part of an healthy diet or even to loose weight.
