I like very spicy food. Not only because it is tasty, but also because of the benefits of various spices. Here I made an omelette, with tomatoes, some cheese, basil, chopped onion, thyme, a tincy bit of salt, some black pepper and I let it cook, then putit in a wrap.
Makes a healthy snack to take on the go. Delicious accompanied by some veggies, which also help cope with the heat from the chili peppers which I throw in in abundance ! The spices also make up for the high cholesterol in eggs, which is why I usually don`t have eggs more than once or twice a month (:
