One of my favorite light weight foods are eating grilled chicken. When I eat grilled chicken, I don`t feel so full. This is my simple and effortless lunch - grilled chicken breast on a toasted bread (I had Asiago Cheese from Panera) with avocado spread. You could use different type of bread like wheat for a more healthier alternative but this is delicious!
