Healthy Eats featuring Chicken Elbow Macaroni Soup

I am trying to balance more healthy meals in my lifestyle and I love to get my assorted vegetables in by eating soup! I am not a fan of vegetables so by incorporating the vegetables in my soup that tastes good is a huge plus!

The only time consuming part is prepping the ingredients, but once you have all your ingredients (of your choice - as I basically just picked anything) the cooking part is fairly quick!


- Carrots
- Asparagus
- Celery
- Broccoli
- Whole wheat elbow macaroni
- Organic chicken breast
- Organic chicken broth
- Dash of sea salt/pepper
