Healthy Eats: Dinner

One thing I have learned while eating healthy is in order to feel good about yourself, you need the proper nutrients. Here I prepared myself some chicken breast with a side of spinach and mushrooms.

It feels so much better when you eat clean, I always feel full and never like I over ate. When you eat what your body needs, you feel much more energetic. I was always groggy when I would eat unhealthy.
It`s important to take care of yourself, and your body, not to be `skinny`no, but to be HEALTHY.

Just wanted to share my dinner for today!
