Hi everyone. About 2 months ago I decided to start eating healthier. It is a BIG commitment! I have always eaten healthy, per my mom, but about 20 years old I was going out of control! I am now 21, mind you, I am not saying I was ever `fat` but I was definitely packing on some excess fat.
So I changed my lifestyle, began to eat healthier, and joined the gym! 2 months later I am definitely seeing quite the difference!
Usually my breakfast consists of oatmeal, smoothies..and such but today I decided to make myself some eggs :)
I used one yolk and two egg whites, mushrooms, ham and bell pepper. Maybe this isn`t the healthiest breakfast such as oatmeal lol, but its ok to have a little fun once in a while. Plus, we never over grease our food. Ever.
Just wanted to share todays breakfast =)
