I am blessed to have my family who always advocate healthy eating. We eat tons of vegetable. We don`t add much sauce when cooking. Mostly, we steam or boil the food. Thanks to my family, I never have weight problem in my life(although I always wnt to be skinnier!!LOL)
So, what did I have for my dinner??
1.Tons of boil vegetable!!
2.Chinese Steam fish(yummy!!)
3.Boil Pork Knuckle
4.Rice(my mum added a little bid oatmeal in it)
