This is my healthy dinner day 3! Chicken Terriaki :D
10 pieces of chicken (Chunks)- Precooked
Miracle Rice (zero calorie rice can be found in the organic section)
3 Tsp Terriaki sauce.
Drain rice then boil for 3 minutes to heat. Drain rice onto paper towel add chicken into pan and heat with terriaki until chicken heated. I didn`t have any vegetables on hand but steamed broccoli and cauliflower would be perfect in this meal.
