Hey everyone!
This is my healthy dinner choice from Day 1 of my diet
7 pieces of chicken (cut in squares)
Romaine or Salad Mix
3 Apples pieces slices
Mandarin Oranges
Vinigar and Oil dressing

Combine all of the ingredients above and you will have a healthy delicious salad in minutes!
I like to pair my salads with fruit because it adds a crunch and a sweetness that you are missing from traditional dressing and croutons. So by adding apples and oranges you won`t miss the traditional items. I am finding this diet easier and easier to adapt too. Please continue in my journey to weight loss success.
