This is my dinner of the day! As you may be able to see it is a white rice based dish which includes various vegetables and some grilled chicken chopped up. To begin I cooled the white rice for around 11 minutes until it was beautifully light and fluffy. Next I dice up some red onions and cooked these off with some green peas and A stir fry mix of vegetables which had onions, spring onions, peppers and other nice vegetables. Next I grilled up some chicken and diced it up super small and mixed everything up together with some fine garlic powder to add more healthiness and obviously some more flavour.
