another attempt to eat healthier during exams... but this time i think i was rather successful :) pictured is a quarter of a rotisserie chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy, steamed broccoli, and corn on the cob. the chicken came with skin but i didn`t eat any of it. mashed potatoes isn`t the healthiest side item i could`ve gotten but they`re way better than any kind of fried potatoes! i love plain fresh steamed broccoli, and it`s been way too long since i`ve had corn on the cob.
overall it was such a nice fulfilling meal and almost like something homecooked. can`t wait to get home to my mom`s cooking :)
sorry for all these random food posts lately! when i take study breaks (besides meal breaks), i usually get on my computer and go on facebook, twitter, and luuux. my most recent posts all have something to do with studying or study breaks or study snacks or just SOMETHING THAT`S NOT STUDYING GRRRRR
anywho, i will get back to commenting on posts and responding as soon as finals are over and i`m FREEEEEEEE! :)
