Last night I had work, what`s new? :) I have been meaning to jump on to more of a healthy lifestyle for a while, and it hasn`t been tough and I am no saint. I know that my body needs better, because I feel better when I eat well.Anyhow! Last night I made a simple, healthy dinner. I made salmon broccoli and brown rice with cilantro. I seared my salmon in a pan with coconut oil and some spices, steamed my broccoli and made brown rice with cilantro. Overall this was a delicious dinner and I always enjoy salmon. I never can get my brown rice cooked perfectly and it doesn`t always have a great flavor. I do admit, I prefer white rice. Maybe I should invest in a rice cooker?
Have any of you purchased a rice cooker? Thoughts or tips when cooking rice?
