I try to bring a healthy dish to our recent gathering since everything else is so tasty and sinful..I didn`t expect anyone would one to eat it because we had a table full of delicious food such as tamales, pizza, fried rice, vegetarian fish cakes, salads etc but I was so glad that my stir fry vegetable dish which consisted of mushrooms, squash, carrots and cabbage was almost all gone at the end of the potluck gathering:) If you want to try eating a little healthier, do try making your vegetable stir fry this as colorful as you can, sometimes I add bell peppers, tomatoes, eggplant etc and it`s really tasty!
