I love soup,especially in lazy winter day.
I had these two for lunch (yes 2,because one is not enough for me). I know you can not eat canned food very often though. Most canned food are highly sodium, which is not good for your heart. So,if possible,don`t put more salt on your canned soup.
But it`s ok to have one or two once in a great while.
If you like to eat canned or processed food,make sure you check the Nutrition Fact on the label. Be healthy and be a smart eater.
