I know when you are following a diet, it came be tough when you have big cravings. for me that`s chocolate. its pretty much the only bad food i crave! So Ive been kinda been in a craze of eating ham/green onion omletes and fruit smoothies! So I bought some whey protein and used that for a while and it is super chocolat-y! So i made thsi recipe to stop my big cravings for a creamy chocolate bar.
You can also alternate some ingredients to suit your needs, like if your lactose just use soy milk and and crushed ice or if you can find lactose frozen yogurt or ice cream thats great too!!
