Healthy Breakfast of the Day!

Hey guys,

Today`s breakfast was nothing more than a tall glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. I was really surprised that I actually had a chance to actually eat breakfast because I usually skip or I`m just too busy or in a hurry to eat in the mornings. During the weekends I sleep in until maybe 12 or 1 PM and just go eat lunch. Today for some reason I woke up early and decided that I was going to make myself some OJ.

I love oranges, and orange juice is my favorite drink because I love the tangy taste. It is also full of vitamins and minerals that are good for you, not to mention vitamin C.

Questions: so what did you guys have for breakfast today? Do you guys ever skip breakfast?
