I`ve been on my health kick almost all summer. I`m pretty proud of myself for eating pretty well considering summer is pretty much the hardest time to stick to any healthy eating plans.
When I`ve been making omelettes I`ve been making them using egg whites, and believe me it makes a HUGE different in the calorie count. The omelette I made yesterday had diced ham and american cheese in it.
Had I made this with egg yolks included, it would have come to about 400 calories.
This omelette that I made came up to about 220 calories! It`s a bit of a difference huh? haha. The omelette tasted so good too, I`m going to start experimenting more and making some other kinds of omelettes soon!
Have you ever eaten an egg white omelette?
