Healthy Breakfast feat. Pistachios

If you`re a fan of nuts - you should try pistachios because pistachios contain essential nutrients, control body weight and could reduce risk for heart problems. These benefits made my parents buy pistachios and incorporate into foods we eat on the daily. However, since the nuts can be time consuming to peel and hard to bite (for my parents), we use a food processor to break the nuts down!

What`s on my whole wheat sandwich?
- Organic almond butter
- Pistachios (Blended in a food processor)
- Almond slices

Overall: This is a really healthy and filling breakfast! You could also add fresh fruits on the side for an even more balanced breakfast.
