I just started my health kick and I wanted to share with you a yummy easy to make fruit salad and drink.
Cut up fruits into bite sizes. Use half your salad with a few pieces of ice cubes and blend for your drink...
I grew up with 5 boys and my mom fed us big portions so I am use to eating like a man...lol however, I was surprised at how full I was and it lasted all morning. This is very easy to make and the drink is absolutely delicious.
