Hey everyone. This is my healthy breakfast day 9 yummy!
2 pieces soy bacon cooked and crumbled.
3 large egg whites (put yolks in container to use for face/hair mask)
diced green peppers
1 cup Dannon light and fit vanilla yogurt
Combine egg whites, bacon, green peppers, and onions into skillet cook until egg is done fold in half and serve with yogurt.This is so super yummy and so very healthy for you and I hope you give this meal a try! Thank you for reading and I hope everyone has a happy and healthy day!
