Healthy Breakfast Day 3

Hey everyone so this is Breakfast day 3! It consist of

21 miniwheats
1/2 cup 1% milk
1 cup Yoplait Light and Fit Yogurt in Blueberry. (2 weightwatchers points)

This is a hearty breakfast but very very healthy, I pretty much have the same breakfast everyday miniwheats and fruit or yogurt but it is sooo good and totally filling for at least 3 hours. After the three hours I will have a fiber or protein bar to hold me over until lunch.
