Hey everyone this is day 2 of my weight loss journey and I am so excited about continuing on despite the struggles i`m experiencing. This morning for breakfast I had
1/2 cup 1% milk
11 apple slices.
This breakfast is very filling because of the fiber in the cereal, but also because of the large amount of fruit. Fruit is empty calories. And according to WeightWatchers point system fruits and vegetables are zero points. :D
