Healthy Breakfast Day 1

Hey guys!
Today I started my New Years Lifestyle Change! I am going to be dieting and exercising to create a happier healthier life for myself. I started off my first meal of 2013 with:

21 miniwheats
1/2 cup of 1% milk
8 mandarin oranges
1 bottle of diet green tea

21 mini wheats is the reccommended serving size. With the milk 1 cup was the serving size and I cut that in half to take in fewer calories. I purchased a can of mandarin oranges in light syrup. (ideally you want them in water) I drained the oranges then rinsed them to remove any excess sugar.

For my beverage I chose diet green tea, green tea is perfect because it has natural antioxidants that boost metabolism and aid in weight loss and also antioxidants are great for your skin. :D
