I don`t usually eat at home nor do I ever cook at home, so my best friend and I always go out for Starbucks in the morning, a brunch in the afternoon and then dinner at a different restaurant. Yes, I use around 70 - 100 dollars on food and drinks a day .. LOL. But recently, I`ve noticed that I`m getting chubby so It`s time for me to cut down. Last night I went to Stop and Shop and bought myself 100 calorie wheat flat breads, reduced fat peanut butter, peach light & fit yogurts, six bananas, and some Cheerios! For all of that, I paid barely 10 dollars! Starting today: No more coffees, No more restaurants/fast foods, and no more sweet snacks!
