Good Morning everyone! Here`s a picture of my favorite breakfast food which consists of a box of oatmeal squares, a glass of soy milk and a kiwi. I try to incorporate fruits in my daily breakfast so I get my daily dose of Vitamin C :) I always encourage my friends to eat the most important meal of the day if they want to loose weight and always make sure your breakfast is a healthy and hearty one!
