This year one of my news years resolutions was to try and eat healthy. I`m the type of person who normally skips breakfast which is pretty bad. I have made a big effort to eat something to breakfast. Just as an alternative to the usual cereal or oatmeal I`ve been eating toasted muslie and yogurt :) It took a while to get used to because the musli takes a while to chew but its a healthier option to cereal and faster than making oatmeal :D
Have you tried toasted musli?
