Healthy Breakfast

This is just a simple breakfast I had this morning to incorporate some of my bread/fruits servings for the day.

What did I have for breakfast?
- A slice of whole wheat sandwich bread topped with organic peanut butter and pistachio
- Side of organic peanuts
- A few slices of organic Washington apples
- Organic banana

Also, eating nuts is healthy for the heart/your health in moderation though. Peanuts aren`t the healthiest (but still has a benefit) however other nuts like: almonds, pistachios, hazelnuts, etc have more benefits. Nuts do have unsaturated fats (but it`s the good of the nuts), omega 3 fatty acids, fiber, vitamin e, plant sterols and L-arginine.
