This is what I had for breakfast this morning! I had my usual coffee, which I have every morning if I`m not running late. LoL!
I had a Chobani blueberry greek yogurt which i added half of my banana to, and I ate the other half of my banana after eating my yogurt because I was still hungry. My favorite greek yogurt is definitely this blueberry and strawberry yogurt! Adding bananas makes it more filling. & a little tip my old personal trainer told me was to add alittle bit of honey or cinnamon because it speeds up your metabolism and it taste so much better! :)
I ate my cliff bar after my work out. I actually wanted to ask you ladies about these cliff bars that everyone I know is obsessed with. I don`t see how the are any healthier then a granola bar or even a chocolate bar. The first ingredient in this is sugar! They taste really good.. so thats why im confused on how healthy they are! LoL!
What do ya`ll think of cliff bars? Healthy or not healthy?
