Today I wanna share with you this really good and yummy smoothie that I`ve been making. It`s very easy and simple to make. It takes less than 5 mins. I got this recipe from cookingwithdog
Here`s the following ingredients:
1 Ripe Banana
250ml Original Unfortified Soymilk (1.06 cups) or regular whole milk is fine
2 tbsp Ground Black Sesame Seeds
Honey (about ½ tbsp)
3~4 Ice Cubes
