Skip the Captain Crunch Berries, add some real berries! Strawberries for example are an excellent choice of many vitamins, just like all other fruits. Organic is always better, although it might be pricey, so if you are on a budget, only buy organic products that you eat the skin of since chemicals are sprayed on the outside. For example, you don`t eat the "skin"/"shell" of a watermelon, so don`t buy the organic.
