Healthy and Delicious Ice Lollies

These easy to make ice lollies are a delicious and healthy alternative to shop bought ice lollies, which are full of sugar and additives and make kids go a bit hyper and crazy! Jamie Oliver`s recipe suggests using bananas, berries, oats and apple juice but really you can use any fruit you want as all you have to do is mix it all up in a blender, add some honey if it`s not sweet enough already and then pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds and freeze for a couple of hours. Simple, tasty and healthy treats which the kids (and adults) will love.
