So I`ve started to try eating a bit cleaner and watching what I eat. I tend to skip out on breakfast and when I actually do eat breakfast it usually isn`t something healthy. So to start off my day today I made a Greek yogurt parfait? I think that`s what you can call it. Here`s what I put in it:
-Greek yogurt vanilla flavor
Sometimes when I want a little more of a dessert flavor I add a dime size of Nutella. I know, not healthy but hey a girl needs her chocolate! And it doesn`t hurt to lick the spoon!
