Are you trying to eat healthier by incorporating yogurt into your diet ? Well if you happen to have Yoplait yogurt in your fridge, eat it up and never buy it again! Yoplait yogurt isn`t as healthy as you think it is, it contains High Fructose Corn syrup which is really bad for you. it also doesn`t contain that many ingredients that boost your health.
Greek yogurt is high in protein, which helps promote fullness. A typical 6-ounce serving contains 15 to 20 grams, the amount in 2 to 3 ounces of lean meat.
I suggest that you start buying Greek yogurt, DO NOT buy Yoplait`s greek yogurt, it`s CRAP. I really do suggest you guys buy yogurt that looks like this brand. It`s the healthiest out there and also the yummiest! The consistency isn`t gooey and yucky like regular yogurt, it`s VERY creamy and lasts long in your fridge.
I`m a healthy eater so I hope that you guys can trust my opinion on this and start buying Greek yogurt instead of regular yogurt! Its 5 times healthier than regular yogurt and well worth your $$$ .
