Sometimes it is so easy to forget to eat well and that is why when I am on holidays I will always go for something healthy to eat. On a recent holiday, as you can see I went above and beyond by ordering a bowl of berries and some pineapple to eat with a class of freshly squeezed orange juice.

The juice was amazing it was like a burst of flavour in the mouth. You could really taste the goodness within the juice and I think if anyone had any cold drinking this, all the vitamin C would do you the world of good.

The fruit was so juicy and ripe it tasted amazing. Raspberry is definitely my favourite and these ones were extremely fresh and tasty.

Why not make your own? You can usually buy berries for two pots for 3 such as raspberries and blueberries which are brilliant for you to munch on.
