Hello! My name is Amanda and I graduated from college 6 months ago and I felt like it is time to lose weight and become more healthy so I can have more energy. Being overweight is really bad on your healthy and makes you even more lazy.
Ive been on Weight watcher (WW) for 12 weeks now and I just started this blog because I love the support this community gives. I started weight watcher at my heaviest 187.6. It was getting way to close to 200 and I was scared of the health risk, and people constantly calling me a fatty! Its been 12 weeks and Ive only lost 17.6 pounds, I was hoping for more but this is more than what I could do in 5 years!!!
I will keep this introduction short and post some before photos and a current one in another blog.
I know no one will read my post but I just want to keep myself accountable to keep on track.
