Hello girls :)
Today for the post of Make it Happen in June I bring my updade of my sport routine.
I`m very proud of my self in this post, because it means that I am able to inform you about that and overcome my habits to give up of doing exercise.
So I come here to celebrate the beginning of my first month of sport activity (iupiiiii!!)
Semana 4/Week 4
Sunday - Level 1 + Level 2
Wendsday - Level 2
Thursday - Level 2
Friday - Level 2
Saturday - 2 km of running in the city + exercise in the parks of the city with some machines (rowing, ski, etc..) + 1km of walking
