Healhy Baked Potatoes

Last summer, I got into baked potatoes !

Easy to make: Wash them, poke holes in them with a fork about 7 times, wrap the potato in foil, put in the oven at 350 F, this should take about an hour for them to bake. I recommend baking more than one at a time, then those that you won`t eat, put in the fridge and keep them for aother day. Because it`s a little senseless to bake one at a time ! haha

Here on mine, I put ground chili peppers, thyme, basil and garlic powder.

Garlic and chili are very good for you. The first for the cardiovascular system and chili raises you body heat-therefore metabolism.

BONUS: I also usually put on some turmeric, and chopped onions ;)
