After my fabulous Christmas cupcakes (you can see them a few posts back), I decided to make another ones, but this time different cupcakes. Luckily I found in the same store some boxes with hazelnut and cream cheese cupcakes, and brown sugar sprinkles.
The recipe is almost the same, but this time, you need some extra ingredients: cheese or sour cream. Because I did not have cheese, I used some sour cream and yoghurt.
I mixed the flower with an egg, milk and oil and the purred the mix into the cups. I put them in the oven for 25 minutes. In the mean time, I made the cream: sour cream, milk and the special mix from the box. Because i used sour cream and not cheese, the mix was a little too soft, and it did spilled when I put it on the cupcakes, so you really had to eat them fast. But this combination: sour cream and brown sugar, and the sweet cupcakes, it was absolutely amazing! You can see for yourself how good they turned out!
