Have Back Pain? YogaSwimming is the solution!

Do you have back pains? I recently went to the doctor expressing my back pains I have been getting and she recommended me to go swimming to stretch my muscles and do yoga!

I did some research by typing in the search engine `bad back what are good exercises`.

- Support your spine by doing stretches, a stretch called pelvic tilt.
- Stretches from your knee to chest.
- Swimming.
- Yoga.

What not to do?
- Jogging/Running could be bad on your back along with sports like tennis, soccer, volleyball, etc because those activities could put a strain your back.
