i typically don`t love to drink tea, but i was thinking that they`d be a nice option for drinking something hot before bed to calm me down a little before i sleep. i`m not a big fan of milk or even soymilk, and i don`t want to just drink plain hot water. i also don`t want to have a big fat cup of hot chocolate either, especially not right before bed.
my roommate recommended these teas to me. they`re from the brand yogi. i got green tea kombucha decaf and calming, which is naturally caffeine free. obviously i need something that doesn`t have caffeine or i won`t be able to fall asleep! i`ve tried some of hers and i liked them so i`m pretty excited about potentially starting a new nightly tradition :)
have you tried either of these teas?
