Haul: New PolySorb Shoe Inserts

I popped into Foot Locker a couple weeks ago while at the mall. I needed some new inserts for my sneakers and I have been a fan of these inserts for SO many years. My podiatrist actually told me about the Spenco PolySorb CrossTrainer Inserts because the inserts he wanted to give me at the time made it so uncomfortable and difficult to walk. The greatest thing about these shoe inserts is 1) they come in a number of sizes (unisex both women and men sizes on the box) and 2) they come with a 1-year guarantee so if in 6-months you find your inserts have been rubbed down in an area or you`re finding your feet just aren`t as supported as they should be -- you just have to go back into the store with your inserts and your receipt and they`ll switch them out for you at no charge.

There`s no cutting with these, you simply remove the manufacturer insert from your sneaker and slide these in -- and off you go. They do give you a bit of a "lift" feeling to your feet which will take a day to get "used to". They are really great for anyone that`s active and needs a bit of extra cushioning to the pads of their feet. I initially started using these for my plantar fasciatus but I find my feet are SO sensitive that these help with my regular daily activity as well as my gym activity (I need that extra foot support in zumba or my feet HURT the next day).

I swear by these inserts and for the $25 you shell out initially is well worth it because of the guarantee and the ability to get a new pair for free if the ones you have fail you for any reason.

Do you have a brand of shoe inserts you swear by?
