Hi everyone! A few months ago I was browsing CVS with some coupons in hand, and while the plan wasn`t really to buy anything, I did end up walking out of the store with a single bronzer. I hardly ever walk out of any store with just one beauty item, so this is quite an accomplishment!
I have been a fan of the Physicians Formula bronzers for a couple years, and saw this one in store and decided to try it. I had a coupon for a few dollars off a Physicians Formula bronzer, and then some Extra Care bucks so the price of this product was dramatically reduced. The original retail price escapes me, but I`m sure this is in the ball park of $13, since PF is one of the more expensive brands at the drugstore, and I think I got this for about $5 after the coupons.
This is the Physicians Formula Bronzer Booster Glow-Boosting Season-to-Season Bronzer in `Medium to Dark.` How crazy long is that name?! The bronzer itself is divided into quadrants, one for each season. I`m guessing the point is that as the seasons roll on, you have a bronzer that will work for your skin tone during each of them, but more than likely I will just swirl all of the shades together to use all year round.
As you can see from the pictures, there looks to be lots of gold shimmer throughout the powder, but I have other PF bronzers that also have this and it doesn`t translate as chunky glitter or overly sparkly. It`s more of a healthy glow, which is something most of us want when we apply bronzer.
And as with other PF products, the packaging is super bulky because the compact houses a mirror as well as a brush. Personally, I would prefer that they stop including the brush and knock a couple dollars off of the price, as their brushes tend to be scratchy.
Thanks for reading! Have you tried this bronzer before? What did you think of it?
