I`m still sharing some posts from my amazing trip this summer - I was lucky enough to visit Indonesia, Australia, and Armenia!
This post is from an iconic hot dog stand in Sydney known as Harry`s Cafe De Wheels. It`s located right near the water and is really popular among locals and tourists.
I was told it was a must, and went with some of my friends who I was staying with. I ended up choosing a pie, which is a staple in Austrialians` diets as it turns out. We took a seat right along the pier and enjoyed our munchies....
I went with `The Tiger` which is their most popular item.
It`s a small, single serve pie topped with mashed potatoes, mashed peas and gravy. It is certainly a messy item to eat, but we`ll worth it!
The pie has a flaky crust and is stuffed with chunks of stewed meat, and when you mix them with the potatoes, peas and gravy, it is an amazing combo....
It makes me wish pies like this were more popular in North America as well - this is a much more interesting take on street food....
