Hard Candy Eyes the Limit Eyeshadow Primer
You may have recently seen a haul I posted with some new items I bought just because I was interested in trying them. (See that post here: http://www.luuux.com/viz/wanted-to-try-it-haul)
One of the items in that haul was the Hard Candy Eyes the Limit Eyeshadow Primer.
I have been using this primer as of late, and I am really enjoying it.
When it comes to the holy grail of primers, most people go with Urban Decay Primer Potion or Too Faced Shadow Insurance. Of course there are plenty of other primer options available as they grow in popularity, but I`m mostly going to compare to those 2 since they seem to be cult favourites.
The Hard Candy primer comes in a squeeze tube, just like Shadow Insurance and the new UDPP. However, in terms of size, the Hard Candy Primer is the largest tube with the most product. It also is a fraction of the cost of the other 2: Hard Candy`s version costs around 6 dollars while UDPP and Shadow Insurance are both around the 20 dollar mark.
In terms of performance, there is little to say - they all work very similarly and I have had similar results with all of them! I`ve worn Hard Candy for a full day with no creasing, and I have similar experiences using the other two.
Having discovered this, I think I will use this Hard Candy Primer since it is so much more economical in terms of cost. I didn`t even know Hard Candy had their own primer, but I`m glad I discovered it, since it may be my new favourite! :)
Have you tried the Hard Candy primer before?
