From time to time, I like to have some hard boiled eggs. as I said in a previous post, eggs are good for you but max 2 - 3 times a week, they are high in protein, yes - but also in choloesterol. Oh I also put a bit of margarine on the yellow part, I prefer margarine to butter...
I like to salt and pepper mine, I don`t put much salt though...because too much sodium is also bad -.-
