Before you begin, it`s always necessary to have hair that has been washed and dried. If your hair is oily, wash it now. If it is dry, consider using more conditioner in your routine and not shampooing as regularly. This is the time you may use any products that you normally do. I like to use frizz/shine spray, along with a thermal heat protector.
If your hair isn`t naturally straight, go ahead and run your iron through to take out and waves or kinks.
I would begin by pulling your hair back into a very low bun. You can style the bun however you`d like. Once you tied it, pull out front strands and pull up (not much, or the pieces in the bun will come out) some chunks to make it less tight.
Take your curling iron (a straightener works fine if you know how to use it), and curl the side pieces about from your eyes down. Do this on each side. I like to curl towards the back of my head to avoid pieces flipping out.
If you have long enough bangs (say cheekbones or longer), you can make a wispy bang look by just doing what you did above, but curling it towards the back of your head and curling inwards.
The curls may not stay easily, so use some hairspray to hold it in. Now accessorize with any floral clip or just go without!
